What I loved most was actually the atmosphere. The tables are beautifully set, there are flowers throughout the space, and the lounge feels bright and elegant without being too formal. It’s the kind of place where you naturally end up taking photos before even starting the afternoon tea. 🌷 The lounge itself is also one of the hotel’s signature spaces. Look up when you enter — the ceiling installation is made with around 60,000 crystal beads forming 10 large “columns of light.” 🫖 My tip: Afternoon tea menus change seasonally, so check the current set before booking. The hotel also has Grand Deli, where you can buy freshly baked pastries, cakes and other treats to take away. They also sell coffee, wine and champagne, so it’s worth having a look before you leave. For me, this is less about having the most extravagant afternoon tea in Seoul and more about the whole experience — flowers, beautiful tables, the hotel atmosphere, and being able to pick up something from the deli afterwards.
