Zhujiajiao, an ancient water town accessible by subway from Shanghai

Zhujiajiao Ancient Town is an authentic water town that can be accessed by subway from Shanghai. Get off at Zhujiajiao Station on subway line 17 and walk about 1 km to arrive. It is a wonderful place where you can feel a peaceful atmosphere if you go a little further from the city. I arrived in the evening, and there were not many tourists, so it was nice to be able to take my time to look around. There are many stylish tea shops and coffee shops in the ancient town, so you won't have any trouble finding a place to rest. If you stay in the ancient town, you can take a walk early in the morning, so you can experience a special time. I tried the meat dumplings, which were available at many shops here, and they were very delicious. I recommend it. Look for the dragon mailbox at the old post office.
