Its employees are all North Koreans and it is under militarized management. The waiters in the store are all graduates from universities in North Korea. Those with good performance can apply to work in China. The general work contract is 3 years, and 2/3 of their wages are turned over to the national treasury and the commune. They are all multi-talented. In addition to being waiters, they also perform shows and can communicate in simple Chinese.
