The Shenzhen Library North Building, which opened in early 2024, spans five floors. Although it lacks the sci-fi feel and flashy check-in spots of other new libraries, it stands as a fully equipped modern library with bright lighting and a quiet environment. Particularly striking is the vast wall of books inside, with an area so extensive it's eye-opening. The fourth and fifth floors also host small book or art exhibitions from time to time, free of charge. There are plenty of seats on each floor for resting or reading, offering a respite for the soul, and the Shenzhen Art Museum is right next door for a combined visit.
