☕ Hoshino Coffee, Suntec City — Japanese Comfort with a Touch of Class

We stopped by Hoshino Coffee at Suntec City for a late lunch (or very early dinner), and it felt like stepping into a quiet little corner of Tokyo. The place is warm and inviting, with dark wood interiors, soft lighting, and that unmistakable smell of freshly brewed hand-drip coffee filling the air. We came for something light but comforting—and that’s exactly what we got. The Hoshino soufflé omurice was a standout: fluffy egg blanket over tomato rice, with a slightly sweet demi-glace sauce that pulled everything together. Comfort food done with finesse. We also had their Japanese curry rice, which was hearty and rich without being overly heavy. The curry had depth, the meat was tender, and every bite just felt satisfying in that “sit back and sigh” kind of way. Of course, we couldn’t leave without coffee.
