Buffet Dinner at Intercontinental Hotel Bugis Singapore

Booked for a 13pax dinner and the process was smooth. We just need to book via online website and the reservation details will be forwarded to email. The food was quite nice. All the seafoods are very fresh especially the Singapore Chili Crab Sauce Shrimp was very flavourful. The steak was also nicely done and it can be garnished with a nice My personal favourite will be the Fresh Salmon Sashimis and also the Norwegian Salmon Pie. Not to forget to mention about the Singapore Laksa too. The taste was rich and on point where the flavour of the herbs were highlighted in broth. The pandan cake there was nice too. We ended the dinner with Mango Gelatos where it helps us in flushing down the fullness after the feast. The waiter and waitress there are quite helpful. There was a very helpful Auntie serving us throughout the dinner and gave quite some advise too on how to enjoy the fullest during the dinner. It was quite a nice dinner experience there
