Nice, a city to relax in the Mediterranean sun

#July Travel Support Fund Nice was a place where you could feel the leisure and warmth unique to southern France. The scenery of the blue Mediterranean Sea and red rooftops that you can see as soon as you arrive gave you the excitement of the trip itself. The time walking along the Promenade des Anglais, a seaside promenade, and looking at the sea was truly special. The soft wind and the sound of the waves flowed like background music, and just sitting quietly on a beach chair was healing. The alleys of the Old Town (Vinice) were another charm of Nice. The narrow alleys lined with yellow and orange buildings were filled with small cafes and shops, and the Cours Saleya market was filled with the scent of fresh fruits, flowers, and herbs, allowing you to feel the vivid daily life of the locals. When you climbed up to the Colline du Château observation deck on the hill, you could see the Nice beach, the old town, and the endless Mediterranean Sea at a glance. The sunset that colored the sea and the sky at sunset was truly an unforgettable moment. Finally, we finished the day with a seafood platter and rose wine at a beachside restaurant.
