Throughout my stay, the two outdoor pools proved to be ideal havens for unwinding in peace. While the beach itself is modest in scale, its unspoiled charm made for pleasant strolls and quiet moments by the sea. Dining options are varied and impressive. No. 11 presents an elevated fine-dining experience, perfect for special occasions. Jendela serves throughout the day, offering a buffet and à la carte menu spanning local and international flavors. The hotel also features Fire & Ice, a beachside bar known for its relaxed ambiance. Breakfast was a highlight — a broad spread combining Malaysian specialties and familiar international fare, enough to suit diverse palates. It was disappointing, though not unexpected, to learn that sparkling wine is no longer served.
