On June 28, 1914, the Austrian Crown Prince and his wife were killed by a 19-year-old Serbian youth while crossing the Latin Bridge in Sarajevo, which led to the start of World War I. Near the Latin Bridge in Sarajevo, there is a museum exhibiting the incident, and in front of the museum, there is a sign that shows the spot where the Serb youth pulled the trigger.
