We can choose whether to have the kitchen stir-fry it for us or have the staff cook it at our table. The menu has both a dry stir-fried suki set and a set. We chose the dry stir-fried seafood suki set. The set includes a small plate of roast duck and crispy pork. We also ordered jade noodles. When the food was served, the staff prepared the stir-fry at our table. We saw the cooking process and the stir-frying and it smelled very delicious. Overall, this menu was delicious.
