When it is your turn, the staff will guide you to your seat. It is structured so that everyone sits in a small space while watching the TV in front of them at stainless steel tables. Taiwanese dramas are constantly playing on the TV. I can't understand a single word, but there is something about it that makes me fall in love with it.ㅎㅎ For food, there are noodles such as Hongxiao New Roumen, Hongxiao New Rou Gan Yang Men, wonton noodles, liang men, and Taiwanese tendon called Paigu Sha Ren Fan. As a side dish, there is Taiwanese pork rib tonkatsu (pai gu) and shrimp dumplings with chili oil (hongyu chosu). I tried all the menus and settled on Hongxiao Niu Roumen and Pai gu. Haha. Niu Roumen Guanzi's noodles are said to be homemade, and every time I come, the noodles are chewy and delicious.
