The most memorable moment of my Suzhou trip was walking around in hanfu. I loved the tranquil atmosphere of this ancient Chinese site, and I was able to stand in it wearing traditional clothing. Banmen Gate, along with the ancient Suzhou city walls, is a landmark that retains its historical atmosphere, and the entrance felt majestic. Standing atop the stone gate and walls, I imagined the soldiers guarding the area in the past, and the aura of the ancient buildings struck a unique chord.
