Beitun Children's Park in Taichung spans approximately 4.62 hectares, blending the charm of a forest with the excitement of a playground. Its latest addition, the "Forest Exploration Playground," resembles an adventure base among the treetops, featuring elements like wavy boardwalks, high-altitude suspension bridges, and climbing nets. These challenges help children develop a sense of balance and courage. What touched me the most is the library that coexists harmoniously within the park—the Xing'an Branch of the Taichung Public Library. Its cylindrical architecture seamlessly integrates with the surrounding greenery, creating a space where reading and play naturally intertwine, embodying a realm where "knowledge and experience breathe in unison." Facilities for adults, sandpits, swings, and an artificial ecological pond cater to various age groups, while older installations like canned play equipment have been preserved, evoking layered childhood memories. I enjoy observing the shimmering sand under the shade of tents, the tiny hands of children digging in the interplay of light and shadow, and the gentle breeze weaving through the treetops, composing a poetic urban daily life.
