Founded in 1992, Tunjing Ramen is from Ikebukuro, Tokyo, Japan. It was originally a small shop of 17 pings. With its self-kneaded, chewy and medium-thick curly noodles and daily-cooked pork bone soup, it uses a secret recipe of fragrant soy sauce to add sweetness, allowing the aroma of noodles to be interwoven with the soup to create a wonderful taste that is both delicious and rich.
