The pinnacle of teppanyaki: exceptional service and a feast for both the eyes and taste buds at Chamuni.

The Wowprime Group has always been favored by customers for its outstanding service. This time, I visited Chamuni New Champs-Élysées Teppanyaki (Taipei Zhongshan North Branch) for the first time❗ Upon entering, the high-end decor and the lively chatter of diners immediately set the tone, indicating the restaurant's popularity. To secure a spot, it's best to make a reservation at least a week in advance. Currently, there are three set menu options: NT$1190 (New Champs-Élysées Set), NT$1388 (Dream Wagyu Set), and NT$1488 (Steak & Surf and Turf Feast), with an additional 10% service charge. The pre-meal Parmesan cheese bread was so delicious that I couldn't resist asking for more. The sakura shrimp fried rice was refreshing and appetizing, and both dishes are refillable and can be packed to go❗ The truffle steamed egg, served in an adorable eggshell with scallops, was a visual delight❗ The design of the eggshell is just too cute 😘😚😍 This time, I dined with my husband and family. Everyone chose different main courses, so we could happily share and taste each other's dishes. The dish that amazed me the most was the pan-seared truffle filet mignon, cooked to a perfect medium rare, showcasing the tender and flavorful meat. If you order the brandy duck breast, you'll get to enjoy a flambé show🔥 right at your table. Watching the chef's performance while satisfying your hunger is truly a cool experience👍🤣🤣 The dessert did not disappoint. I chose the Pearl Avalanche Earl Grey Cake, and the moment I tasted it, I could tell the quality of the fresh cream was excellent. I'm not a big fan of sweets, but the small portion was just right and very satisfying. The ice cream was served with an edible moon-shaped cookie, further proving that Chamuni is a restaurant that caters to both the palate and the eyes❗
