Every dish was delicious, with virtually no disappointments. The "Flowers and Full Moon" dish featured firm, not hollow, sweet potato balls, which was quite unique. The "Buddha Jumps Over the Wall" dish was braised Hong Kong style, resulting in a savory and sweet broth without any cloudiness. The lobster fried rice noodles were not made with rice noodles, but rather wide noodles, so be aware of this.
