The Vegetarian Festival 2024 has begun!

The annual Vegetarian Festival 2024 has officially started. We are currently in the old town of Takua Pa, Phang Nga Province. The entire town is adorned with yellow flags with red borders and red lanterns, which are symbols of the Vegetarian Festival. Around the town, there are numerous vegetarian food stalls and restaurants bustling with activity. People are gradually coming to make merit at the shrines, known as 'Aam' by those of Chinese descent. In the morning, there is also a procession of deities around the town. If you are enchanted by the charm of the festival, we recommend capturing the beautiful scenes in the old town of Takua Pa. It's truly stunning.
