[Hyogo] Sasayama Castle Town Hotel NIPPONIA

#AccommodationTrip This hotel is a renovated historic mansion dotted around the castle town of Tanba Sasayama, a treasure trove of branded ingredients, making use of Japan's good old buildings. We had dinner in the dining room on the first floor of the Onae building, a "landscape important building" that is over 100 years old, where local ingredients from Sasayama were used generously. It incorporated French elements and was very delicious.
