🇯🇵【Kumano Kodo】Kii Road World Heritage Site🌎

🏖️Atmosphere: Heading south on an old road that runs parallel to the prefectural road, we crossed the pass on the Wakayama side, where the Kinokawa River💦 and the Nagamine mountains spread out before us. After visiting the various Oji shrines around the Kinokawa River and crossing the river, we arrived in the eastern part of Wakayama City. After crossing the Kinokawa River, the old road entered a rural area, visiting the scattered Oji shrines and crossing the Yata Pass, and then arriving at "Itagiso Shrine", which enshrines the god of trees. From there, we followed the prefectural road to the south and entered Kainan City. 💞Reasons why we recommend it: The weather was cloudy and overcast☁️, but we climbed what seemed to be a mountain twice. The wind was a little strong on the mountain, and there were several wind turbines running, probably because it was a place where the wind blew often🌪️. Along the way, many citrus fruits were ripening and blooming everywhere. I bought some mandarin oranges🍊 at an unmanned fruit stand.
