Botanical greenery of Tbilisi

Different types of trees and other plants, waterfalls, streams, gardens and magnificent views of Tbilisi from the hilltops are hypnotizing. Be prepared to walk a lot up and down the hills though. Take a water bottle and some snacks if you want to spend a whole day there. There are various walking trails. You may start with any of them and the path will lead you to the next spot naturally. You may take a cab to Old Tbilisi and then walk a little bit through the city before getting to your destination. I was there in September and there were almost no people, very quiet and nice.
