The biggest surprise was the hotel's exclusive in-hotel boat service! The awning boat gently swayed as it docked at the hotel's private pier, where the butler was already waiting with a smile! You didn't even have to carry your luggage yourself – such thoughtfulness instantly relieved travel fatigue. Before check-in, the hotel created a dedicated butler service group, and they responded promptly to even the smallest requests. The hotel also offers exclusive experiences: A perfumer's workshop: DIY your own perfume in the courtyard of an ancient house, the scent of Wuzhen osmanthus and morning dew – a truly unforgettable experience! Chinese restaurant specialties: The first-floor restaurant boasts huge floor-to-ceiling windows, and their roast duck is absolutely superb. You'll never tire of the Jiangnan cuisine! Flower-themed pool spa: Swim while watching the seasonal flowers of Longxingtian (sunflowers in summer/pink muhly grass in autumn), and after a swim, enjoy a Jiangnan herbal bath – simply divine! Butler-level hidden tip: Late at night, after the tourists have left, the butler takes us on a night tour of Xizha. The empty alleys and stone-paved streets under lanterns – this is the real Wuzhen! Breakfast at the hotel is made to order in the restaurant. I especially loved the Chinese menu: yellow croaker noodles, shumai, and sour beef noodles. The receptionist even upgraded our room because we were two adults and one child. The staff were all very welcoming, especially the hotel staff, most of whom were women, whose smiles were particularly beautiful. The room was very modern, with a bathtub, minibar, and safe. The Dyson hairdryer worked perfectly, and the comfortable bedding ensured a good night's sleep. The infinity pool is next to a lavender field. Breakfast is served poolside, on an à la carte basis, not a buffet. The hotel has a courtyard; while the theater festival was bustling outside, the courtyard was very quiet and peaceful. It was wonderful.
