Buddha Jumps Over the Wall Set Meal 🥢

Recently tried a newly opened restaurant that focuses on Fujian cuisine. For lunch, there is a Buddha Jumping Wall set for $268 per person, which includes Fujian Golden Soup Buddha Jumping Wall with noodles, a small dish and a drink. The environment of the restaurant is clean and tidy, like a Japanese omakase layout. The waiter is polite. The main character, of course, is a Buddha jumping over the wall! The soup is rich and has a warm feeling to drink. The ingredients include sea cucumber and bacon; the bamboo shoots absorb the essence of the soup and have a soft taste. There are also chicken, flower jelly, and quail eggs. The portion of noodles is quite large, served with the soup of Buddha Jumping Wall. For the side dishes, we ordered pine nuts, ginger, spinach and cold asparagus shreds. Cool asparagus shreds, asparagus shreds are crispy and appetizing. Also ordered black garlic fried shrimp $138, the shrimp cut into slices easy to enter, with a little black garlic flavor. For the meal, we ordered longan lemon oolong tea and pearl coconut ice. Longan lemon oolong tea, longan sweet, fresh taste, not too sweet. Pearl coconut ice cream, cool and refreshing. The most unexpected thing was that because the restaurant was new, they also gave away a free dessert - red mushroom peach pudding.
