Valencia | Parador de El Saler: A holiday hotel next to a nature reserve

#September2025 The highlight of this hotel is definitely its top-notch golf course! Besides golfing, there's also a pool, a beach, and stunning natural scenery. The hotel is nestled in the Albufeira Nature Reserve, and the setting is truly breathtaking! The rooms are ultra-modern and well-equipped, with a large terrace offering stunning views. The restaurant's menu is extensive, using the freshest, local ingredients, and dinner was a true delight! The pool is large and comfortable, and the water temperature is just right. The beach is also fantastic, with direct access from the hotel, unlike other popular destinations, which are less crowded. However, it would have been even better if there were more showers at the beach entrance. We especially loved the spa; it was fantastic and completely relaxing. Perhaps because we visited during the off-season for golf, we had the spa almost entirely to ourselves, which was fantastic! The only minor drawback was the buffet service; if you want a small lunch, you might have to wait a while. While the rice was delicious, the selection was limited.
