Ad Castle Yilan B&B highly recommends German cuisine, mouth-watering and unforgettable❗️

#AdbergGermanCastleB&B It's been ages since I've had German food❗️❗️ It's been over a year and a half since I last had German pork knuckle. This restaurant also operates a B&B, and the interior is so cozy. I'd love to stay and see the castle.☺️ This is my second visit to enjoy the food. We chose the 599+10% set menu per person, which includes eight dishes. My absolute favorite was the German pork knuckle. 😘 The German lentil soup with the restaurant's special sugar-free, healthy handmade bread was a real treat! ☺️ The bread is free of leavening agents, flavorings, or sugar, ensuring peace of mind. 👍 I highly recommend the lentil soup, but it's a shame they don't offer refills; I'd love to have another bowl. 😆😆 The garden salad with the orange yogurt dressing was a bit tart, but the tartness didn't overpower the orange yogurt flavor. I thought it was just right and relatively healthy. 👍 The German mashed potatoes were incredibly filling after only half of the meal. With chicken, carrots, and lightly chopped broccoli, it's a healthy dish. The highlight was the German pork knuckle. This mouth-watering German pork knuckle, simmered for just 3 minutes without frying, achieved the perfect tenderness. Keep in mind, if you were to try this kind of German pork knuckle in Taipei, it would definitely cost more than the one at the Castle Restaurant in Yilan❗️, and most importantly, it's not necessarily as delicious.
