𐂂 After work, I went to Yuen Long Food Court for dinner. I recommend a Western restaurant that's a must-try for all soufflé lovers. ⸜♡⸝ It's small, with a long outdoor table and indoor seating. The tables aren't too close together, making for comfortable seating. The lighting is minimal, and the use of star or moon lights creates a romantic atmosphere. ｡ﾟ･𖥸──────-ˋˏ 𝓜𝓮𝓷𝓾 ˎˊ-──────𖥸 ｡ﾟ･ ✎ ̼Fresh Fruit and Vegetable Salad All dinner sets come with a salad and soup. It uses fruits like diced apples and raisins, and is topped with an orange juice-like sauce. The whole thing is very refreshing! ✎ ̼ Daily Special Soup with Garlic Buns The soup of the day was borscht, which was quite filling. The broth, in addition to vegetables, also included chickpeas. The garlic buns were roasted to a crispy texture, and the garlic sauce was outstanding. ✎ ̼ Seafood Linguine with Chili Vodka $178 This dish has a Chinese twist, with a seafood broth to drink. The broth is rich with seafood, including prawns, clams, mussels, and squid. It's a fresh, spicy Mexican broth, making it a refreshing appetizer for a dreary summer. ✎ ̼ Roasted Chicken Spaghetti with Pine Nut and Basil Pesto $178 This dish is similar to Chinese-style stir-fried spaghetti, with chopped tri-color peppers. So, without the cream sauce, it's less greasy. The pine nuts are plentiful, and mixing basil with pesto is a new experience. The basil isn't particularly effective, though. ✎ Vanilla Soufflé $68 Shaped like a ☁️ on a cup, it exudes a fragrant eggy aroma. The center is moist and spongy, with a rich eggy flavor. The texture is soft and delicate, as light as a ☁️.
