Hidden Gem Restaurant in Yuen Long

Today I came to Yuen Long and finally got to try the restaurant "The Diamond" recommended by a friend. It is conveniently located near the MTR station and has been newly renovated into an elegant and comfortable style. The lunch set includes bread and soup, which is quite a great value: 🌟 Mascarpone Cheese Sauce with Salmon Diced Orecchiette My little brother loves orecchiette because of its rich texture—smoky, chewy, and easy to bite. Cheese is also his favorite. The salmon is diced and pan-seared, nutritious and delicious. 🌟 Charcoal-Grilled New Zealand Ribeye Steak with Braised Potatoes and Red Wine Sauce The presentation is very appealing, with a perfect medium-rare doneness and just the right thickness. 🌟 Pistachio Latte The pistachio latte with crushed pistachios on the rim of the cup is quite unique and is a popular and special drink. 🌟 Caramel Coffee The unique aroma of caramel combined with rich coffee pairs perfectly with the food.
