2020 | Finally opened in Yuen Long 🤣 I've eaten at this Chicago skewer restaurant in Tai Po before and thought it was very good. Seeing that I'm in Yuen Long, I took the opportunity to try this newly opened branch in Yuen Long! In the distance, the blazing fire sign at the door has attracted our attention👀, the decoration inside is very comfortable, perfect for drinking and eating with friends! There are many types of skewers, including seafood, beef, lamb, pork, chicken, vegetables, and wine. Seafood tried the bacon, king crayfish, garlic cheese black truffle grilled fan, squid and miso kalo grilled. The seafood is fresh, and mostly seasoned with scallions and garlic, which is really hard not to eat. For meat, we ordered beef ribs in barbecue sauce, charcoal grilled steak, salt-grilled beef tongue heart, and grilled duck sausage.
