1 day in Zhangjiajie National Forest with kids

Started our epic day at Manyuan Resort (Address: Near Zhangjiajie National Forest Park Entrance, Wulingyuan District, Zhangjiajie) — super close to all the action! We wolfed down a speedy breakfast and set off for Zhangjiajie National Forest Park (Open 7am–6pm, Address: Wulingyuan, Zhangjiajie, Hunan). Crossing the stream to get there was already an adventure! Tips: Book your entry tickets early on trip.com for max convenience. ✨ First up: hopped on the park shuttle to the Tianzi Mountain Cable Car 🚡 (Cableway open: 8am–5:30pm). The ride was absolutely unreal — views for days and the kids were loving it! From the top, we made our way to Helong Park, where you can soak in 360° mountain vibes and snap some fire pics. Lunch was quick because we couldn't wait to see more. Next up: Yuanjiajie Scenic Area, aka the spot for the legendary Avatar mountains and the breathtaking Natural Bridge 🌁. These landscapes are totally next level — felt like we were in a movie set! To wrap up, we took the Bailong Elevator (Open 8am–6pm) — the world's highest outdoor lift — back down and headed for the exit. The elevator ride itself was 🤯! Overall, the day was packed but suuuper worth it with the fam. From cable cars to crazy mountain views and the wild glass bridge, Zhangjiajie National Forest Park is a total bucket list with kids!
