My ice floating experience in Lapland was incredible. The journey to the Gulf of Bothnia area is not that long, so you can take advantage of the time to watch from the outside (the temperature was -20 ºC). It was fascinating how the ship broke through the ice. Inside the cruise the environment is warm and you can enjoy hot drinks there. Passengers can also take a guided tour of the main points of the cruise, such as the engine room, the communications room, and control room. The most exciting part is when the cruise stops, then #bucketlist we can get off and take a walk over the frozen sea. Those who wish can also dive into the almost fresh water of the Baltic, wearing special rubber suits provided. The suits that you float in will keep you warm.
