Since the Duku Highway and the Sushao Highway were not yet open, we could only take the 218 National Highway and cross the Tianshan Mountains via the Nalati and Zhuluntai Highways. We set out from Nalati at 5:30 in the morning and arrived at Kuljie at 7:30 in the evening. It was only 390 kilometers and we walked for 14 hours. Because this section of the road was under construction, we often had to stop and wait. The road conditions were very poor and there were many large trucks. But the scenery along the way was very beautiful, with snow-capped mountains, grasslands, small rivers, and cows, sheep, and horses all over the mountains. Especially after crossing the snow-capped mountains and walking in the middle of the Tianshan Mountains at an altitude of 3000_3300 meters, it seemed as if you could reach out and touch the white clouds in the sky. Although it was hard, it was worth it!
