I booked the Ocean Wing room because it was reasonably priced. Even though I booked at a reasonable price, they upgraded my room because there was a room available. The front desk staff greeted me with a smile, even though they were wearing masks, which I thought was impressive. For breakfast, I upgraded the day before and used Saltida for an additional 1,500 yen. All the food was very delicious. It was unfortunate that the frequency of the staff's calls varied depending on the seat. At our seat, they didn't bring coffee unless we called out. They called out to other tables many times, but... the quality of the food was very satisfying, but since we were looking forward to the upgrade, the quality of the service was a little disappointing. ANA InterContinental Ishigaki is located in Shinei-ri, between Ishigaki Airport and downtown Ishigaki. It is about a 20-minute drive from the airport and a 10-minute drive from downtown. Although the hotel is not in the city, there is Ishigaki Donki nearby, about a 12-15 minute walk. There are also a lot of restaurants within walking distance, which are all worth visiting. We stayed in the Sea View Suite that day, which was located on the top floor of the hotel. The new wing was not completed at that time, so the suite was the second most luxurious room in the hotel. After playing on the private beach, we went to the restaurant we had reserved. We could have chosen other restaurants for breakfast, but we went to the club lounge both days. I stayed in the Bay Wing and the Club Room. I recommend the Club Room! The food is delicious and you can relax and unwind.
