How to get from Guam Won Pat Airport to your hotel 🚐
Guam does not have a well-developed public transportation system, so
You need to prepare in advance how to get from the airport to the hotel!
Taxi is the easiest,
but since taxi fares are expensive in Guam,
I recommend booking a shuttle bus in advance 🔥
If you book a round-trip shuttle bus from the airport to the hotel in advance,
You can travel much cheaper than taking a taxi!
There is a waiting area right in front of you when you exit the departure hall,
so you can travel quickly and easily even in hot weather 😇
Enjoy your trip to Guam on a budget ~

Tips for using Guam Antonio Won Pat International Airport 🍯
Guam International Airport is not a large airport, but it is an airport with a lot of passengers, so
the waiting time was very long ㅠㅠ
The distance from getting off the plane to the baggage claim area was short,
but from the baggage claim area to the departure hall,
it took more than an hour because several documents had to be submitted and checked. ⏰
That is why, on the day of your arrival in Guam,
I recommend that you plan your trip leisurely,
rather than trying to make a tight schedule!
If you prepare the documents you need to submit at the airport in advance,
you will be able to move a little faster ㅎㅎ

【Guam】A Tropical Getaway in Just 4 Hours
This time, we’re introducing the tropical resort of Guam, which you can reach in just 4 hours!!
Guam is easily accessible with flights departing from both Narita and Haneda airports, making it a convenient destination 🌟. I personally took the United Airlines flight from Haneda to Guam, which started operating last year!!
【Key Points】
The Haneda flight departs around 11 PM, so you can head straight to Guam after work with ease ✌. Arrival time is around 4:30–5:00 AM, but since Guam’s airport (Antonio B. Won Pat International Airport) is relatively small, spending time at the airport might be a bit challenging 💦.
Therefore, arranging transportation in advance is highly recommended.
【Recommended Spots】
The central area of Guam is the Tumon area, which includes Tumon Beach. This area is packed with duty-free shops, restaurants, and shopping malls, making it ideal for those who want to move around easily. Staying at a hotel in the Tumon area is highly recommended!!
(Tumon Beach)
The beach boasts crystal-clear waters and is incredibly beautiful. During snorkeling, I was able to see tropical fish 🐠. It’s also one of the most photogenic spots, so don’t miss it ✨.
(Chamorro Night Market)
If your stay includes a Wednesday, this is a must-see 👀. It’s held from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM! You can enjoy local Chamorro cuisine and shop for various goods, making it a great spot for souvenir shopping ✨. Think of it as a Japanese summer festival with many food stalls. The food is quite affordable, so it’s wallet-friendly ☺︎. Experiencing the local festival atmosphere was truly unique.
Location: Paseo Park, Hagåtña District
How to get there:
- Chamorro Night Market Shuttle 🚌 (operates only on Wednesdays)
- Taxi 🚕
(I ♡ TUMON Monument)
The monument in the 11th photo is a must-visit for anyone coming to Guam 🩷. Be sure to take a commemorative photo with your travel companions 📷.
Location: Tumon District, next to SandCastle Guam Plaza
(Guam International Airport)
Photos 8–10 showcase the airport ✈️. As a tropical destination, the airport features tropical flower motifs here and there 🌺. It offers a different atmosphere compared to Japanese airports, which I think you’ll enjoy ☺︎.
As introduced, Guam is a compact destination, so you can fully enjoy it in just 3–4 days 🇬🇺. 【Play in the beautiful sea and enjoy delicious food】—this dream can come true, all while keeping travel costs affordable!
Whether it’s a trip with friends or family, Guam is a destination that everyone can enjoy. If you’re considering a trip, why not give Guam a try❣️❣️

[Guam] The gateway to Guam! What you'll find at the airport
This is Antonio B. Won Pat International Airport. Guam's international airport.
This airport is not that big, but after passing through immigration there are many souvenir shops and restaurants.
After immigration there are taxis, wifi reception, money exchange, etc.
There is something you need to be careful of at this airport. I took a Philippine Airlines flight to Guam around 3AM, but you can't exchange money at night!! In case of such an occasion, exchange money in Japan or at the hotel!
It's hard to catch a taxi and there's a risk of being ripped off, so if you download the Stroll app, you can find out the fare in advance and you can use credit cards and Apple Pay, so you can rest assured!!
Please check it out when you go to Guam.

The weather was so nice and I booked through Trip.com, so I was able to travel for a cheap 200,000 won round trip. If I get the chance, I want to go again. I highly recommend it!!!!!!

Guam is the ultimate vacation destination, and it's more than just the Maldives!
Most Guam trips start from Tamuning, which is very close to Guam International Airport, or nearby Alupang Beach. Here, you can enjoy a variety of water sports, including paragliding, banana boating, snorkeling, and dolphin watching.
Guam's waters are surrounded by the Mariana Trench, which is adjacent to the deepest waters on Earth. For professional divers and diving enthusiasts, this is a dream destination! When diving, you can see the German warship sunk during World War I and the wreckage of a Japanese freighter during World War II. This experience is simply amazing!
To experience Guam's unique coastal scenery, head southeast on Route 4, and you'll find Inarajan Natural Pool. The pool is surrounded by coral reefs, and when the tide is low, it becomes a natural saltwater "bath" pool. In deeper areas, you can snorkel and have a wonderful encounter with colorful tropical fish. It's a romantic experience!
Tumon Bay is the "happy home" for tourists in Guam. It has hotels, restaurants, and entertainment facilities. Shopping is also tax-free. Whether you're buying luxury goods or local handicrafts, it's super affordable! To experience the local culture, don't miss the Chamorro Village Night Market! Here, you can enjoy the wonderful cultural performances of the Chamorro people, the indigenous people of Guam, and taste various island specialties. Your eyes and taste buds will be satisfied! Come to Guam and embark on a unique island adventure!

[Guam] United Airlines (Flight Report)
Since the Haneda-Guam flight has started, I tried it right away!
I booked a flight departing from Haneda at 23:35 and arriving in Guam at 4:25
and a flight returning from Guam at 19:05 and arriving at Haneda at 22:00.
The flight to Haneda Airport is at Terminal 3.
The check-in counter was empty and the check-in process went smoothly!
The plane was seated in 3-3 seats.
There were two types of in-flight meals to choose from.
Of course, there was also drink service.
The seats were equipped with monitors, but the selection of movies was limited.
There was an outlet under the seat so you could charge your phone.
We took off on time and landed in Guam a little early, just before 4:00.
As expected, this time is not popular, so the plane was quite empty.
I had booked a flight to Haneda at 19:05, but I received an email just after 14:00, 5 hours before the flight, saying that the flight would be delayed.
The email said that flight changes and cancellations are free, so I changed my return flight to Narita departing at 17:00 on the same day. I was able to arrive at the airport just in time for the check-in deadline of 15:30. The check-in process was also very smooth! As my original flight to Haneda was delayed and changed, I was given a $15 coupon to use at the food court in the airport as an apology. The return flight was slightly delayed because many people changed to this flight due to the delay to Haneda and it was full, but I don't think it was more than 30 minutes late. I was happy that I could see a beautiful sunset from the plane on the evening flight. Recently, the Narita-Cebu route has started, so I would like to take that route soon. #OverseasTravelRecord #UnitedAirlines #Guam #NaritaAirport #HanedaAirport #GuamInternationalAirport
