Although it's a seasoned hotel, everything seems taken care of, everything is well maintained. Beautiful big/spacious lobby. The guest room is clean with reasonable size, convenient for 2 person. The bed is comfort. The lighting is good, bright not dull. The service manager is friendly. The check-in & check-out is fast. The location is good, just a walking distance to all attractions in Melaka City. So many delicious food around this hotel and must to try. The location of the hotel is not far from the city. Drive took about 10min. Room is spacious for 4 pax and the room is clean. Especially the pillow does not have these smell. Overall I’m happy with my stay.

The accommodation is superb, the service is super excellence. The staff are all friendly. Food at coffeehouse were good and many choices. Hotel rate is reasonable. Highly recommended for those who are looking for a 5 stars service at a 4 stars rate. Swimming pool with jacuzzi is really the plus factor for me to come again. Even my 6 year old neice passed a remark about the hotel. Keep it up.
