Shikoku 3 nights 4 days (with ocean view) travel plan~!
#Travel plan
Tomorrow, I will go to Matsuyama for 3 nights and 4 days for the 159th Japan trip. When I first purchased the ticket, Matsuyama was only operated 4 days a week, including Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday, and Sunday, so I booked a round-trip special price of 90,000 won for a 2 nights and 3 days trip from Tuesday to Thursday in January of this year.
Then, in May, the route increased, so I paid 90,000 won in fees and additional charges for a Friday return flight and re-booked it for 180,000 won. However, they said that the afternoon tea I was trying to reserve last week was closed on the day I could go.
I called again to find out if there was an available day, and they said it was available on the day of departure. In the meantime, Matsuyama was operated again from 4 times a week to 2 times a day, so I changed the departure time from 1 PM to 8 AM, paying 80,000 won.
So I ended up buying a ticket for Tuesday to Friday for 260,000 won. A week ago, when it was changed, it was 180,000 won even if I just cut it off. 🤣 After canceling, rebooking was charged a round-trip cancellation fee of 100,000 won, so it was best to just go.
The 90,000 won special price became 260,000 won, but there was nothing I could do~! My fingers changed it themselves. I plan to stay in Imabari on the first day, Tokushima on the second day, and Matsuyama on the third day. There are two hot spring hotels and one hotel with a large bath.
I will make a total of 4 afternoon tea reservations. I will concentrate on one in Matsuyama and three in Takamatsu over two days. I will visit the Pokemon manholes in Tokushima and Matsuyama. I have also included several manhole cards in my schedule.
I have climbed 13 of the 20 towers in Japan, only viewed two from the bottom of the towers, and have not yet reached five. This time, I plan to climb the Kagawa Gold Tower, the tallest tower in Shikoku and the fifth tallest in Japan.
I will also visit the Shikoku location meguri of Yawatahama Suzume. I only passed by the Pang Maison main store last year because I was going to the manhole, so I plan to go in this time. I will also go up to Matsuyama General Park, which overlooks Matsuyama Castle.
In Tokushima, I will take the Bizan Cable Car up to Bizan and see the night view of Tokushima, completing the Kagawa, Tokushima, and Ehime prefecture observation tour. Of course, if it rains, the above schedule will be canceled.
There are only 4 automatic ticket gates in the entire Shikoku area, so I don't know why they changed the All Shikoku Rail Pass, but I will receive a new(?) ticket according to the information provided by Naildong and have a good trip. This Shikoku trip excludes Kochi Prefecture.
After Corona, I stayed in Shikoku twice, stayed for one night each time, and since the Pokemon Manhole is not installed yet, I plan to visit again with Hiroshima after it is installed. Shikoku mostly accepts reservations by phone, so I make a lot of phone calls. Thank you.
