#5月好去处2025 Shinlim Line Borame Park is only 30 minutes away from Hongdae by subway. You can get there after exiting Exit 1. The Seoul International Garden Expo is limited every year. This year's exhibition date is 2025/05/22-2025/10/20. There is also Ditto inside, right next to CU, super cute. Visiting is also free. There are fewer people after 9 o'clock, so it is good for taking pictures, but people cannot go in to create scenic spots. You can only take pictures from the outside, but you can take pictures of the empty scenery👍👍 It is officially open at 12 o'clock every day and you can go in and take pictures~ Ditto fans who missed Lotte Silkworm Room can come here to see the flowers! I visited the 'Metamon Garden' at the 2025 Seoul International Garden Expo held in Boramae Park! This garden, themed around the Pokémon 'Metamon,' features various sculptures of Metamon with different expressions, blending beautifully with nature. One of the highlights is the 'Wisteria Path,' where 132 Metamon silhouettes are hidden, making it a fun activity to find them, especially with kids.   Although the garden is relatively small, it offers plenty of photo spots, making it a great destination for families. You can see the cherry blossom road from Sindaebang Station to Guro Digital Complex Station on the subway. The cherry blossom road stretches long on both sides of Dorimcheon! It also has a lake, a walking path, and a space for exercise. You can feel the autumn atmosphere because you can see maple trees, chrysanthemums, willow trees, and reeds.

Surrounded by fresh green leaves, this space was already uplifting from its appearance alone. The warm wood-toned interior was beautiful, but the sunlight streaming in made it even more delightful. Their signature drink at "Coffee Shop Coffee" was surprisingly sweet, unlike the bitter coffee taste I usually drink, it tasted like drinking a sweet black beer. Living in the heart of Seoul like a forest, You can breathe in the fresh air in the morning and evening, and take a walk along the perimeter road. Boramae Park is a good place to go often because I like to ride a Ttareungi. I found out about a delicious sushi restaurant near the park, so I recommend it. Whenever I wanted to eat sushi, I used to go to Kuukuu Buffet often, but I found out late that there is a sushi restaurant with good cost-effectiveness and good price-to-quality ratio on the first floor of the Samsung Sherville Apartment shopping mall. After work, I had a delicious conversation with my beloved senior sister, and happily ate a generous 2-person set of Gang Sushi. The sushi and udon were delicious, and the fried food was fresh. I think this is why the set menu is good. The lunch set has a variety of menus, so it would be good for office workers' lunch. Though the moments were fleeting, the landscapes captured in the photos will remain cherished memories for a long time. I photographed various scenes, including food trucks lined up, flowers and trees in the gardens, and well-maintained walking paths. Among the crowd—people strolling, resting, and closely observing—I enjoyed a delightful time exploring together. 🌳 With a variety of gardens gathered in one place, there was plenty to see and even more picturesque views to capture, making the experience even more enjoyable. #JulyTravelSupport I had a meaningful time visiting Boramae Park and looking around the various monuments erected throughout the park. This time, instead of taking a walk or exercising, I focused on slowly looking at the monuments and reflecting on their meaning.🌳 🛩️At the entrance to the park, there was a monument honoring the history of the Air Force along with a fighter jet, which reminded me of the fact that Boramae Park got its name from its history as the site of the ‘Air Force Academy’. This monument contains the meaning of honoring the dedication and sacrifice of the Air Force, and it made the viewer feel solemn. Going a little further in, I was able to see sculptures themed on peace and freedom, as well as monuments related to the independence movement. Each sculpture had a detailed explanation, which was very helpful for understanding. I thought it would be a great place for history education, especially with children.🦋 In addition, the monuments at Boramae Park do not simply honor the past, but also give us many messages as we live in the present. It was a time to pause in front of each monument, reflect on its meaning, and feel grateful. 🍁 It was a short visit, but it was a meaningful day where I was able to think about our history, security, and peace through the monuments of Boramae Park. 🔮 I visited Boramae Park. First, I took a leisurely walk around the pond, and the serene ripples combined with the natural scenery felt very calming. The trees and benches near the water were well-placed, making it a great spot to sit and relax for a while. 🌳 After passing the pond, I explored the Barefoot Garden, which left an impression with its long rows of trees. The soft dirt paths were designed for people to walk barefoot, making it seem like a pleasant experience. It had a unique charm different from other gardens, so I ended up spending quite some time there. Overall, it was wonderful to feel close to nature in a quiet and tranquil atmosphere. It’s the perfect place for a light stroll to escape the hustle and bustle of daily life. 🦋

🦋 I visited the Seoul International Garden Expo held at Boramae Park. Strolling leisurely through the beautifully arranged gardens made me feel as if I were abroad. It was fascinating and fun to see garden styles from different countries. After exploring the gardens, we headed to the food truck zone. Surrounded by the enticing aroma from the trucks, we debated what to eat and finally chose handmade burgers and tacos. Though it was a simple meal, it was so delicious that we ended up sharing bites with each other. 🍃 🔮 After eating, we walked to the photo zone in front of the pond inside the park. The sparkling water under the sunlight and the beautiful backdrop made for some amazing photos. We took pictures of each other and snapped some selfies, creating wonderful memories. We also checked out the camping cars displayed on the lawn inside the track. Overall, it was a relaxing and delightful day. We enjoyed the exhibitions in nature, had delicious food, and created beautiful memories, making it a very satisfying date. 🌳

First, Seocho-gu's garden was themed around harmony and relaxation in the urban environment. True to its reputation as a city of music, the garden featured sculptures and plant arrangements with a delicate rhythm, creating a space where nature and art blended seamlessly. Walking through the garden felt like a healing experience, with its well-designed pathways and sophisticated plant arrangements and color schemes. 🌳 Yangcheon-gu's garden was themed around communication with local residents. A garden featuring a soccer ball that highlighted the World Cup Stadium was particularly memorable. The combination of practical plants and emotional decorations showcased the importance of nature in everyday life. 🦋 Lastly, Gwangjin-gu's garden creatively expressed the coexistence of the Han River, nature, and the city. The garden inspired by Achasan Mountain was especially impressive, exuding the vitality of nature in its purest form. 🔮 Overall, all three districts presented outstanding works that highlighted their individuality and charm. These gardens went beyond mere aesthetics, embedding the identity and stories of their respective regions, making the experience all the more meaningful. 🍁
