Singapore is a futuristic country which combines the old with the new as well as nature with technology very well and nicely. It is also a multicultural country with the stories of different historical and cultural backgrounds from the Chinese, Malaysians, Hindus, South and Soth East Asian. The country is well-designed and organized, so I feel very comfortable traveling here, and I also feel so lucky that I get to have 12 hours of layover here. Here are some places I visited that gave me an unforgettable experience during my 12-hour layover: 📍Merlion Park: one of the most famous famous sites in Singapore. The view there is also very beautiful. In the morning there are people jogging, showing the lively spirit of the people there 🏃🏻♀️🏃 📍Gardens by the Bay: The super trees are magnificent. It is a perfect combination of city and nature🌿 📍Lao Pa Sat: You can have lunch here. There are all kinds of Asian cuisine. 📍Sri Mariamman Temple: a Hindu temple worth visit with beautiful architecture, sculpture, and painting 📍China Town: The place portrays the history of Chinese society and culture. 📍Jewel Changi Airport Canopy Park: It is genuinely the most beautiful airport I’ve been to. It nicely depicts how a futuristic world looks like. 🚉Transportation: Skytrain 1 day tourist pass You can easily take the skytrain and start your traveling from the airport. 💰Average Price per Person: 13USD Food 🍊The fresh orange juice from the vending machine contains 4 freshly juiced oranges, and you can see the entire process, which is very cool. The drink is good for cooling in summer, vitamin C, and nutrients✨ 🥥A lot of local food here has kaya made with coconut. I really like the taste of it. Everyone should try it if you visit Singapore. I also enjoyed shopping for unique handmade crafts at the Jewel Blooms Marketplace and swapping plants with fellow plant enthusiasts. #Singapore On our final day in Singapore during our Singapore trip 2024, we visited the Canopy Park, a sprawling 14,000-square-meter indoor recreational space located on the top floor of JEWEL Changi Airport. This cool venue boasts a variety of enjoyable attractions for visitors to explore. We had the opportunity to cross the Canopy Bridge, navigate through the Hedge Maze, and slowly explore around the Canopy Park, which features numerous picturesque spots perfect for capturing memorable photos. Among these are beautiful sculptures, colorful flowers and trees, well-designed walkways, and benches strategically placed throughout the park. We spent several hours in the Canopy Park and couldn't help but feel that we should have allocated more time for this wonderful experience. There were still more attractions we wanted to see and enjoy. Therefore, we've decided to save them for our next visit. Nonetheless, our time at the Canopy Park during this trip was nothing short of fantastic. We found ourselves already planning our next trip to Singapore, eager to explore the remaining attractions in the Canopy Park.

This is inside the airport in Singapore. Changi Airport is one of the best international airports in the world because the interior decoration is very different. There is a large waterfall connecting the entire airport. There are many facilities on the fifth floor that many Singapore residents do not have. I will come here to play even if I live on a plane. This time I walked through the air corridor which was very interesting. There are also slides that you can play on. The ticket price is about NT$100, which is not very expensive. Jewel Canopy Park has bring so much fun for us on our layover at the Changi Airport! The walking nets is the best activity in Canopy Park. You can jump around and experience the thrill of at the same level as the tallest indoor waterfall in the world!! Entry ticket to the park is valid for the entire day. You may re-enter the park within the same day but not for the ticketed attractions which are limited to single entry. Worth exploring this part of Jewel Changi, I promise. #singapore

Canopy Park is a very beautiful park, it gives me a feeling of soothing and calm. Located on the top of Jewel Changi, this is a magical work done by Changi Airport. Never expected a beautiful park located on the top of the building. Canopy park is also the place to see the magnificent view of the rain Vortex from the top. canopy park is a indoor garden in an air con environment, location at level 5 of jewel which is also connected to Changi airports terminal 3 and 1. easily access by MRT and plenty of parking lot. great hangout place for family and those in transit, to enjoy the garden in a indoor cool environment rather than outdoor which is alway hot and humid. other than viewing the garden, other activities include walking on the nets and playing the slides. perfect place for those who love photography as there are many beautiful decorated plants in the garden. nice place to spend 1 to 2 hours. Sunday can be rather crowded so best to visit during weekday .

Used the SGrediscover vouchers on the Jewel attractions! Found a package that includes almost all the attractions that includes both the jumping skywalk and the walking skywalk. It was about $60 per person so we had to top up a little. It was a pleasant experience, all staffs were very friendly and professional. Had to go to the concierge to exchange for the tickets then head to level 5. This was the Topiary Walk section where different animals are created using flowers! It was so beautiful! I wonder how frequent they have to change the flowers. We also did many other activities that I’ll review about later. Overall a good experience, should go try it out if you haven’t!

It was a memorable visit to Changi Jewel as we got the chance to enjoy a spectacular view of the HSBC rain vortex from the canopy bridge. In addition, the hedge maze was well groomed and flowers connected to sensors would bloom whenever someone walked passed them. The Christmas theme was well executed with Xmas trees lined along the attractions and miniature snowflakes falling as we neared the end of the park. Really gets one into the Christmas spirit. A really great location to take photos fit for the gram. Today I will tell you about a cute trip to Singapore. 💖 It's a trip that I really intended not to rush. But I want to capture every fun, cuteness, and cuteness without missing a single drop! You can walk around and take pictures for hours and not get bored. Every angle is worth posting. And when we walk upstairs, we will see a green garden called Canopy Park. It's so beautiful that I want to sit there all day. 🎠🌼 Then we took the MRT into the city because Singapore's trains are fast, clean, and very easy to understand. We stayed near Bugis, near the MRT. It's easy to travel and fun to walk around. There are cute shops to stop by along the way. 🛍️🍓 In the evening, we took pictures with the Merlion 🦁 at Marina Bay Sands and watched the "Spectra" fountain show for free! It felt a little romantic. We walked to the rhythm like the heroine in the movie 😂 Then we went to the Far Far Away zone, which had a shimmery castle like in a fairy tale. While walking, we saw cute mascots walking around to spread cheer all the time~ We stopped for a burger at a restaurant in the theme park during the day. Let me tell you, it was no ordinary place! The taste was more delicious than I thought. In the evening, we stopped to take some chill photos and then took a car back to Clarke Quay to walk around at night. The light reflecting off the river is super romantic 🎆🛶 ⸻ 🌸 Day 3: A day of nature, greenness, and cuteness~ This morning, we headed to Gardens by the Bay, a place that you definitely can't miss 🌳 There are Flower Dome and Cloud Forest, which have completely different atmospheres but are both beautiful. Cloud Forest has a large waterfall in the middle. When you walk in, you feel like you're in a cool fairytale world. It's perfect for those who want to take a break from the online world~ As for Flower Dome, it's like being in a paradise garden. Flowers from all over the world are arranged so softly. The pastel aura is full. 🌷🌹🌼 After walking until we were tired, we took the MRT to Haji Lane, an artsy and hip area with so many cute cafes!! 😍 We stopped by a bubble tea shop, rested, and wrote postcards to take home. After that, we shopped for handmade tote bags and walked around to see some really cool street art. In the evening, we went back to watch the light and sound show at Supertree Grove again. It was like being in Disneyland. 🥹🌠 ⸻ 🎀 Day 4: The last day, I didn't want to go back. ~ On the last morning, we checked out quickly and went straight to Mustafa Centre. Little India is open 24 hours!! This is a paradise for souvenir shoppers. They have everything from snacks, chocolates, teas, coconut oil, cough syrups, soaps, and cute little things! 🛍️🍬 Before going back to the airport, we stopped by Jewel again because we still missed the atmosphere there. And I want to say that just sitting and looking at the waterfall at the Rain Vortex made me feel "happy" again. 🩵💧 ⸻ 📌 Summary of feelings from this trip: Singapore may be small, but it is full of cuteness, warmth, clean, safe, and full of happiness in every corner. On the first day, we stayed at a sea-view hotel in Sentosa—good view! Then we went to Skal on the 70th floor for dining, and the view was unbeatable! The next day, we walked to Universal Studios—it was my first time staying at a hotel within walking distance to Universal Studios! After enjoying the park, we headed downstairs to the casino for a little fun; the atmosphere was great! In the evening, we had Bak Kut Teh at Song Fa—highly recommended if you're into Bak Kut Teh! Later, we tried durian at 99 Old Trees, but I personally couldn't handle it. The next day at noon, we had Tian Tian Hainanese Chicken Rice, which was super delicious, and Ya Kun Kaya Toast, which I thought was just okay—not bad. After eating, we went to take photos at the Merlion, followed by a meal at Jumbo Seafood. It's not cheap, so it depends on what you order. After dark, we visited Marina Bay Sands to watch the water show and take photos—it was amazing! On the last day, we strolled along the beach, soaked up the sun, and got ready to head back home!
