#Overseas travel There are three ways to go to Baekdu Mountain in China: North, West, and South. North takes a shuttle bus to Tianchi. It is the most popular. West takes about 1,400 steps. It has the advantage of being closer to Tianchi than North and having fewer tourists. South is located close to North Korea and has fewer people who can go, making it difficult to get tickets. I went to North. I went on April 22, 2025. At that time, the weather was bad, so Tianchi was not open, so I couldn't go. When you arrive at Jangbaeksan Station and go outside, there is a bus right away. If you take this, you can go to the North tourist site of Jangbaeksan (Baekdusan). It takes 1 hour. 1️⃣ Hot spring area, Jangbaek Waterfall The first place you will see when you take the first shuttle bus is the hot spring area. The boiled eggs and corn sold here are famous for their hot spring water. 3 eggs cost 10 yuan.
