This is my first time visiting Christmas Wonderland in Singapore and it was a truly amazing experience! I enter the venue from 6:30PM onwards to get a glimpse of the places in the day time while the sky change into sunset moment! There’s plenty of photo spots and food bazaar around and the best highlight is the magical Rhapsody and Blizzard Performance every 7:45PM, 8:45PM and 9:30PM! There’s also special Aurora Borealis happening every 9:05 on Sat, Sun and Monday only which I totally recommended! There is a whole assortment of stuff to buy, from cool 3D snacks and treats, to cute doggie clothing, to fresh bottles of fruit liquor. I thought the variety was pretty well curated, although I would’ve hoped for many more stalls to browse than just this selection. If you drop by Re.juve, the stall selling premium cold-pressed fruit and vegetable juices, you might just get a free sample of their fresh, natural products! It tasted great. Also, there is a hip photo booth by Dollop where you can get a photo strip of 4 photos with all the accessories and props provided. ✔️ Christmas Wonderland 📍 Gardens By The Bay, 18 Marina Gardens Drive, Singapore 018953 If you are visiting Singapore this festive Christmas season, this is a great time for you to check out Christmas Wonderland happening at the Gardens By The Bay! There are many attractions both big and small decorated with beautiful coloured fairy lights that really light up the night sky, making for breathtaking photos. One of my favourite ones was the Holly Roger ship that looked like it was sailing on the sea (as the fairy lights on the grass resembled the sea surface). You will also find many pop-up local brand stores selling food and drinks, as well as retail items. This event is a dog-friendly one too so if you have a furry friend, feel free to bring them along too. I spotted so many cute dogs on my trip here, it was awesome! Remember that this is a rain or shine event, which means that even if it starts raining, you won’t be able to get a refund of your tickets as the event will continue. A fairground will never be complete without food, shops and music. This Christmas Wonderland, there are 3 areas for you to hang out, chill, and eat. 1. The Frosty’s Fairground at the Meadow has a performance stage. The performers at the time we went there was called Roseville. They were good and kept the atmosphere in holiday vibes despite the light drizzle of rain. Music really sets the mood and they did a good job. The food & beverage selection were okay. We tried the Burger and Lobster. The portions were small but good, but still expensive. They gave a generous amount of lobster for the lobster mac and cheese. Truffle fries was good too. 2. Gingerbread Grove also has seating area for the food shops. No performance stage though but the music makes up for the lack thereof. 3. Supertree Grove is I think the main festive ground which features a performance stage with lots of food and beverage selection. It’s also set up behind the Holly Roger Ship making the whole place ooze with holiday feels. We bought an ice cream from Museum of Ice Cream. It was okay, flavor is nostalgic especially with the free sprinkles! Mistletoe Alley is an alley of shops selling myriad of things from plum wine to ice cream to Christmas stuff and led balloons. The place ia perfect for your last minute holiday gift shopping. There’s also a photobooth here but be prepared to queue for it. Another activity you can look forward to is meeting Santa! Haha. It’s located at Supertree Grove. There’s a queue but a fast one since all you’ll do is meet Santa and have a photo op with him. Christmas Wonderland wouldn’t be complete without the exciting carnival rides and games everyone can participate in. Looking at the carnival rides available, adults can also have fun with them but I believe mostly are catered to children. We entered via gate 3 and most of the rides are in this area, the Frosty’s Playground. A super fun ride would definitely be the Bumper Cars. It’s a classic. The Carousel is a staple but it got smaller. Nevertheless, it will still be fun especially for kids. Other rides are the Bugs Ride, Mini Pirate Ship, Flying Dumbo, Meteorite, and Lumiland. Lumiland is made up of playground staples like seesaw and swings but illuminated. Another fun ride is the train that goes back and forth two stations, the Supertree Grove Train Station and the Meadow Train Station. I personally want to try it hahaha. What I really want to try are the carnival games! I stayed way too long watching other people play games especially the Ring Toss. Haha. There are some games that I want to try because of the prizes! The prizes for the game Fishy Fishy was super nice, specifically the big whale plush. The other games are typical carnival games like Balloon Burst, Bowling, Darts, etc. But for me the most worthy is the Ring Toss for the amount of chances winning! Take note though that the carnival games and rides have a separate fee side from the Christmas Wonderland ticket. ✔️ Christmas Cracker Bar, Christmas Wonderland 📍 Gardens By The Bay, 18 Marina Gardens Drive, Singapore 018953 Located near the iconic Supertrees of Gardens By The Bay, this Christmas Cracker Bar is a pop-up by Hendrick’s Gin and is great for those who like to enjoy a little drink while catching some live performances on the stage there! You can find highballs, cocktails, beers and some soft drinks on their menu at fairly decent prices. There are also food stalls set up right across this area so you can easily grab a bite! That evening, I got to catch a duo performing some lovely R&B hits, one of them could even play the trumpet. Very cool. Not feeling the Christmas spirit yet? Still not in the festive mood? Fret not, Singapore has an event that will make you feel the holiday cheer. Christmas Wonderland 2023 presented by Trip.com transformed Gardens by the bay to a massive fairground and part of the event is a Christmas version of the Garden Rhapsody with a bonus treat! This Garden Rhapsody is a 15 minutes’ lights and sounds show featuring Christmas music with a Blizzard Time at the end. Yes, snow in the middle of the Super Tree Grove! The snow is actually soap but it’s a delight watching children and adults play and have fun in the pretend snow. Be careful with your eyes though. Haha. The selection of Christmas songs used were a bit slow though, I wished it was more of the fast and fun holidays songs featured. Garden Rhapsody & Blizzard Time has 3 timings you can choose from. To be able to experience the ‘snow’ and watch the show, you need to buy the Christmas Wonderland ticket to get in. I visited Christmas Wonderland 2024 at Gardens by the Bay, and it was absolutely magical! The dazzling luminarie light displays created a festive atmosphere, and the Spalliera was breathtaking. There were fun carnival games, an ice-skating rink, and even "snowfall" that delighted both kids and adults. The Christmas market had charming stalls with festive treats and unique gifts. Live performances added to the holiday cheer, making it a truly immersive experience. It was well-organized, though a bit crowded, but the festive spirit made up for it. #magicalxmastrip The highlight of this year's Christmas Wonderland for me is the Spalliera and the surrounding activities around the installation. I noticed that the structure was revamped and it's not the same as last year's. I liked the design this year better as there was a part with an arched walkway added. Also it has it's own program or show! After the garden rhapsody, the Spalliera lights up and plays an original Christmas song made for Christmas Wonderland. It was a nice addition to the lights and sound show of the supertrees. After the song finfishes, the blizzard or "snow" comes which both adults and children definitely enjoyed. The crowd level was also pleasant at the time we visited since it's a Monday night. Going there on a weekday night is most definitely ideal to avoid the crown rush of weekends!

#magicalxmastrip As presenter of the event again this year, Trip.com has it's own themed area for visitors of the Christmas Wonderland 2024 called the Merry Lane. Last year, Trip.com prepared many Christmas-themed photo spots for everyone. This year, the Walk of Light, a tunnel made of lights, is now within their area. The scale I believe is a bit smaller than last year's but understandable since it's supposed to be only a part of the themed area. I actually prefer this smaller installation as the bigger tunnel last year would make you easily dizzy due to the length of walk. There was also a unique installation dedicated to Swan Lake. There were screens and sculptured light displays all throughtout the place. Children would definitely enjoy it. Another spectacle inside the Merry Lane is the giant Santa trying to go out of the chimney and Santa's rope is tied to the Supertrees!

#magicalxmastrip Christmas Wonderland comes back again this year to bring holiday cheer to Singapore. It's a family-catered Christmas event as there are activities for everyone of all ages. The event ground is located at Gardens by the Bay, easily accessible via public and private transportation. The tickets are still cheap and affordable making it a perfect location for end of the year gatherings or activities. Some of the fun activities not just for the whole family but also for a group of friends can do in Christmas Wonderland are to watch, shop, eat, play, take photos or just lounge inside! My sister, friend and I visited on a Monday night at around 8pm and started our journey from Gate 2. Here are some of the activities you can do: 1. Enter Santa's Village and take photos with Santa at his lodge, take a photo against the christmas bauble, and eat at the dinig area. 2. Take photos of and with all the installations decked in lights or just giant sculptures including the giant brown bears, merry lane, etc. There are staff that will help you take photos. 3. Watch and listen to live performances while eating food from the food and beverage stalls all throughout the place. The performer we watched has a really nice voice. 4. Sing along and watch the lights and sound show or the Garden Rhapsody at the Supertree Grove. Take photos of the Spalliera once it lights up and enjoy the blizzard time. Aurora Borealis was also shown at a specific timing. 5. Shop at the Mistletoe Alley. 6. Win prizes at the carnival games and enjoy the carnival rides. 7. Meet the bear and christmas tree mascot at the Spalliera. 8. Enjoy and don't forget to feel the christmas spirit!

Bought my tickets to Christmas wonderland 2024 on trip. The buying process on trip app was fuss free and the QR code ticket was sent immediately to my email after the purchase. I spent a wonderful time there with my partner during Christmas Day and took lots of pretty pictures. Don't miss out on the cute train ride at Christmas Wonderland! It's the favourite part of the attraction for the kiddo and it certainly saves alot of energy on going back to where the car was parked without walking all the way back again!
