[2025 Macau Attraction] Travel Guide for Coloane (Updated Jun)

✨ It's the tourist season now. Today, Ploy is here to share a travel plan for 9 locations in Macau that are guaranteed to be so awesome that you'll almost be able to visit them all. But Ploy hasn't included them all yet, there are still many more places. I'll add more in EP.2. Stay tuned! 🇲🇴 Ploy traveled to Macau for 4 days and 3 nights without going to Hong Kong. Whoever says Macau is small is wrong! There are so many places to visit and they're soooooo beautiful and luxurious. It's like traveling in Europe because they've replicated the Eiffel Tower, the clock tower, and the hotel lobby, which are all very luxurious. 10,000/10. And the prices of the products are about the same as in Thailand. Anyone who likes brand names will love it because every hotel has brand names. 😂 But for those who visit the hotel area, the food is sooo expensive!! Plain water or Coke costs 100+ baht. Let's see the places Ploy visited. ✈️ 🚠 Wynn Palace 🚠 You can take the free cable car into the hotel. There's a really beautiful water show and the atmosphere is great. Ploy went in to eat dinner. 🌊 Guanyin in the middle of the sea 🌊 The face looks like the Virgin Mary, so you can pray for blessings. The base below is like a museum. 🕍 Ruins of St. Paul's 🕍 A very beautiful historical place. This angle is a popular angle. When you come to Macau, a former Portuguese colony, you must try Portuguese cuisine. Yayi Garden Restaurant located in Coloane was recommended to us by a local taxi driver. Maybe because it's the weekend or maybe it's very famous, the restaurant has a lot of seats but you still have to wait for a while for the waiter to seat you. We ordered (as shown in the picture order) 1. Fried crab with curry: meaty and sweet, the curry sauce is very fragrant and delicious, not very spicy, can be eaten with rice, or with pork chop buns/pork buns (suggested by the waiter) 2. Pork chop buns: Freshly made and still warm when served, they go great with the curry sauce of fried crab. The waiter was also very considerate. The road leads first to the parking area for the newly-developed Recreational Fishing Zone, the Arboretum (which features more than 100 species of local and exotic trees), and the main access to the Coloane Hiking Trail. It continues on to the top of the Peak where there is another car park, the new Alto de Coloane picnic area, and the statue of the Goddess A-Ma. Getting There - Ride the bus 21A, 26 & 26A when you are in Macau Peninsula and get off in th Macau Giant Panda Pavillion, then go to the shuttle bus on the side going to the A-ma Cultural Village for free. Attractions - Big Ama statue, Hanging Bridge and stunning beach view Hotels - you can stay in Grand Coloane Hotel or popin Pousada de Coloane Hotel Food & Restaurants - You can bring food if you want to have picnic. From the A-ma cultural village you will pass by the coloane trail going to the hanging bridge then to the beach.
