[2025 Panglao Attraction] Travel Guide for Doljo Beach (Updated Jul)

A 2-week trip to Bohol that I hastily prepared in November just because I wanted to dive! Free diving is popular, but I couldn't dive deep because my ears hurt, so I was left behind by other divers.. Still, I worked hard! Little by little! I was able to take great pictures while going into the ocean. I saw a school of sardines without any worries, and the Balicasag turtle tour was so hard that I almost suffocated because it was high tide. If you go past the seaweed in front of BBC and Doljo Beach, you can see the clean and deep ocean. A fulfilling trip to Bohol, including the whale shark first-time tour! When you travel to Bohol, you usually stay near Alona Beach. Those who like quiet can go to Dumaluan Beach further east or Doljo Beach further north. Since Alona Beach is crowded, the sandy beach and the area near the beach are not very clean. So I didn't even think about snorkeling, but of course, I don't know what it would be like if you went a little deeper. However, at Doljo Beach, you can see numerous corals and tropical fish just a little bit from the beach. If you know how to snorkel or deep dive, you should definitely go! #NovemberTravelSupportEvent

Bohol has so many great diving sites, and Doljo beach is one of them. The marine life here is beautiful and you get to get up close to turtles. The visibility is pretty decent and the average temperature is 29degrees. Its a perfect dive spot for new and experienced divers. Bohol Island has three niche 🏖️, namely Dumalun, Doljo, Alona Sea. We stayed for 8 days, went to all three beaches, and talked about our feelings for reference: Dumalun Beach: 🔸We booked bbc, and shared a private beach with the neighboring south palm, 🏨 is a small wooden house design, there are beach huts, close to the sea, clean and few people, there are hammocks and beach chairs by the sea, it is very beautiful at a glance! 🔹The beach here is the cleanest of these three, picking up starfish at low tide by the sea, playing with waves at high tide, and you can see small fish and starfish in the sea. 🔸The restaurant of bbc is cheap and has many meals, you can order something to eat in the hotel for a few days. Remember to go for a spa, in the small pavilion facing the sea, only 800p. If there is any shortcoming, it may be that the room is ordinary and the swimming pool is not big! Doljo Beach: 🔺We booked modala, the beach is not as good as bbc, there is a lot of garbage, there are endless starfish to pick up at low tide, but also ⚠️ there are sea urchins in the water grass (a child's foot was stabbed by a sea urchin that day) ▫️There is a JNP dive shop on the beach, 600p per person for sea snorkeling must participate, you can 👀 knock beautiful sea view and turtles, few people and clear water quality, not losing to Baricasa, Xiao Hei will help take pictures, it is very close to go to hermit beach to watch the sunset from here, not far from napaling. ▪️There is construction around the hotel, which has a slight impact on the view, but the room is large and the bed is comfortable, 🏨 is connected to a mall, there are several restaurants inside, if you want to eat Chinese food, you can find it here. Alona Beach: 🟡We booked henann, there are three swimming pools here, very beautiful, but the beach is not as good as bbc, there are few starfish and fish. 🟢I believe alone will be the first choice for many people to travel, the beach is lively, there are many restaurants and dive shops, it is convenient to go out to sea, it feels a bit like Boracay. The beach singing will last until 11 o'clock in the evening. 🟣The food street's evening 🆓 🔥 dance show must be watched.
