While strolling along Green Park Avenue on a weekend afternoon, I accidentally followed the crowd into Zhongxing Lane 1. This is the recently popular cultural and creative community "Green Light Project". Sixty years ago, this was the dormitory of the Water Company. The 12 old buildings fell into disrepair and became ruins in the downtown area. The earliest founder, Zhong Junyan, first converted the old house into "Fanthi No. 1 Store" in 2009. Later, due to its popularity, he rented the abandoned dormitory of the water company and combined the mottled old walls, collapsed roofs, ivy and unique stores in this space. There are seven townhouse dormitories with their second floors connected to each other. The garden is furnished with low tables and chairs, turning it into a restaurant and perfume shop.
