I stayed here the night before catching an early morning flight from Kansai Airport. Good points👍 ☑︎There is a large public bath (there is also a shower room and a coin laundry) ☑︎Plenty of free amenities (toothbrush, eye mask, body towel, shower cap, razor, hairbrush, earphones, earplugs, etc.) ☑︎Hair iron and headphones available for free rental (I brought my own hair iron, but it was helpful to rent one so I didn't have to take it out of my suitcase) ☑︎There is a valuables storage in the booth ☑︎You can rent a strong vibration alarm for free Disappointing points🥲 The snoring of the person nearby was so loud that I couldn't sleep for a while😂 I slept with earplugs and headphones, but I could still hear it for a while😂 I wonder if this is just luck... The rooms are divided into business class and first class, I stayed in first class, which is a bit bigger. The price is more expensive than business class, I booked early, the yen was very low, the room rate is more than HKD300. This is one of the benefits of paying upfront when booking on trip.com. Pay attention to the minimum exchange rate to order and pay in advance. If you order those that arrive at the store and pay, then the exchange rate I arrived today is higher, but not so advantageous😝 I see some people on the same plane arrive so late and have to spend time out of town?Unless you have a special place you want to go for supper otherwise recommend you can be like me, arrive before resting, sleep early tomorrow morning before going out Play, this will make your journey more relaxed and comfortable.

🇯🇵 Japan 📍 Osaka & Kyoto ⏰️ Day 1 Kansai Airport - Starbucks at the airport - Nankai Rapit train to Namba - Hotel check-in - Tsutenkaku Tower - Miyamoto Munashi restaurant - Lawson convenience store shopping - Nissei Hotel It was convenient as there was a Korean staff member at the Starbucks in Kansai Airport. We reserved the 6:30 PM slot for Tsutenkaku Tower and enjoyed both the sunset and night views. ⏰️ Day 2 Morning coffee at Cafe Adria - Kyoto One-Day Bus Tour (Fushimi Inari Shrine/Arashiyama/Lunch at Hanana/Ginkakuji Temple/Kiyomizu-dera Temple) - Namba Station - Nankai Rapit train to the airport - Dinner at Nakau Airport branch - First Cabin Kansai Airport Even though it was a short trip, I wanted to visit Kyoto more than Osaka, so I joined a bus tour. It was my second time visiting Kyoto, and it was delightful to experience a different season. The tour was fast-paced but covered all the key spots—highly recommended! ⏰️ Day 3 Return flight in the morning I considered taking a late-night flight on the second day, but I decided to stay overnight to avoid any rush in case the tour ended late or the journey back to the airport was tight. Thanks to this decision, I had a relaxing time at the airport and returned to Korea well-rested.

📍 Itinerary Overview I’m not that huge on sightseeing for my 2 days layover but I took the opportunity to meet some of my local friends and to go hit some food places on my bucket list ! 🍜 Local Cuisine 1. Acchichi Honpo Dotonbori — this has to be my go-to whenever I go to Namba area, the lines are long sometimes but they are pretty quick (cash only!) 2. Toripaitan Ramen Kinmugi Amemura Branch — Chicken ramen has always been like a personal bucket list since I never believed in them and I was lucky I had a friend who was in Osaka just two days before me and I got the address from her after I saw her post about this. Local friends told me the price is slightly higher than what they would pay for locally but I think it was still reasonable. Do note that it’s a 7-seater place and there is usually a line for seating !! 3. Takoyaki Yamachan Umeda Hep Five — Super raved no sauce takoyaki, another one on my must-try list! We all love the takoyaki with the fragrant sauce but this was so good too ! Must try when you go to Umeda !!! Located in an area outside of the Hep Five mall ! 4. Kushikatsu Daruma — I don’t think this can ever go wrong because Kushikatsu is also a must eat in Osaka !! There are plenty of outlets and I’ve tried a few and they are pretty consistent ! They have menus in multiple languages too ! 🏠 Accommodation 1. Apartment Hotel 11 Shinsaibashi Ill 2. First Cabin Kansai Airport — I moved to the airport because I had an early flight out the next day. So after all my shopping and eating and walking, I took the train straight to Kansai airport and checked in at First Cabin ! 💡 Tips Japan is pretty crowded with tourists so book your things early!!

You can stay here first and then go into the city in the morning. The hotel is very clean and quiet. It is divided into small rooms, but it is not cramped. There are pajamas and other amenities. Most importantly, the bathroom is very good. Very clean and has a private bathroom. At first, I was worried that there would only be shared bathrooms. There are both onsen and private bathrooms.
