One place you should go is the Fuji five lakes also called Fujigoko. This is the place where we took LOCATED AT kawaguchiko where you have stunning, breathtaking views of the beautiful Mt fuji especially on a clear weather. You are also able to enjoy the day with a nice portable bbq by the lake. There are ample space here for cars and your own bbq pit. Of course, do remember to clear up your trash after you are done!

After so many trips to Japan, I finally came to the Fuji Five Lakes in Mount Fuji, Japan. I went to the Lawson convenience store next to the famous Fujisan Station. I also went to Oshino Hakkai and the Nikkawa Watch Store to take photos of Japanese streets and Mount Fuji. I was very satisfied. It really takes luck to see Mount Fuji. It is possible that you can't even see the shadow of the mountain when you arrive. So seeing Mount Fuji will bring good luck for the whole year. #Fujishan #JapanFujishan

Wondering where to view Mt Fuji from? The Fuji Five Lakes are the perfect spot to see Mt Fuji, no matter the time. Arrive at Kawaguchiko station and buy the 2 day Sightseeing bus ticket for ¥1,700. Drop your luggage at your accommodation (For a budget friendly accommodation, I recommend Kagelow Mt Fuji Hostel) or the luggage locker (do go early for this as it’s quickly used up). Pic 1: Oishi Park. Take the red bus to the last stop, bus stop 20, Kawaguchiko Natural Living Center (Oishi Park) and follow the crowd to lake Kawaguchiko, a 2 minute walk. Enjoy the view from the park for free~ Pic 2,3 and 4: Take the Green Bus to Stop 53, Nenba Ent. and walk down to Lake Saiko for the amazing view. Beside the lake, there should be a restaurant which serves food and drinks. Got off the bus at 10am but had to wait for another bus to Lake Fuji for about 1 hour because some of the morning trips were cancelled. I was sleepy and irritated. When the bus arrived, it was full of people. After sitting for 15 minutes, we reached the stop where we had to get off. I left my bags at the ryokan because it wasn't check-in time yet... I went for a walk, got something to eat, and took some photos. Today was sunny and the sky was very clear. I could see Fuji very clearly, so I forgot I was hungry. My accommodation was right next to the lake. I could see Fuji very clearly, but unfortunately the leaves here had already changed color long past their peak, so I saw mostly bare trees. I took a lot of photos to post on Facebook. What was I waiting for? Then I went to Family Mart to get something to eat.
