⚠️ Notes
Restrooms: Service stations have coin-operated machines for restroom access, costing 💰1 CHF per use. At restaurants 🚾, if you don’t make a purchase, you’ll need to pay separately for restroom use.
Hot Water: At cafes/convenience stores, if you order coffee ☕, you can usually get free 🆓 hot water. Swiss prices are high—a latte costs 💰5 CHF, an Americano 💰4.2 CHF, and portions are typically half a cup. If you request hot water separately, it costs 💰2 CHF per cup.
Weather: Check Swiss weather before departure. Sunny days are stunning, but the day we visited was rainy in the morning, though the sun 🌞 came out briefly in the afternoon. The weather is quite unpredictable, but it didn’t rain 🌧️ continuously.
