The staff are good and attentive. They don’t provide perfect service to the point that you feel tense, but they’re friendly and helpful in every way. Another thing I’d like to praise is that the hotel looks clean and new. It has complete facilities. There’s also a swimming pool and a fitness center. Although it’s not very big, it’s okay. There’s also a restaurant that organizes a seafood buffet on Saturdays and Sundays. If you’re a foodie, you can definitely enjoy it. In conclusion, Richmond isn’t just a conference hotel.
