📅 Itinerary: Okinawa Trip (April 12–15, 2025) Day 1 – Arrival, Senagajima & Naha - Flew direct from Bangkok Don Mueang to Naha with AirAsia, arrived around 3 PM - Picked up our rental car from Toyota Rent-a-Car (they provided shuttle service) - Drove to Umikaji Terrace Senagajima for scenic sea views and light snacks - Checked in at Hotel Aqua Citta Naha – great location with convenient parking - Evening stroll and dinner around Kokusai-dori and Heiwa-dori Day 2 – North & Central Okinawa - Morning drive to Cape Zanpa, though it was too windy to stay long - Crossed the bridge to Kouri Island, visited the famous Heart Rock - Spent the afternoon at Okinawa Churaumi Aquarium – saw the whale sharks! - Shopped at American Village, loved the cute fashion and seaside vibe - Quick stop at A&W Makiminato for root beer and fried chicken - Ended the day at Parco City shopping mall Day 3 – Central Okinawa & Naha - Morning visit to Tomari Iyumachi Fish Market - Walked around Shuri Castle (currently under restoration) - Explored Minatogawa Stateside Town – a cool mix of vintage shops and cafés *Highly recommend: American Wave, Portriver Market, Proots - Had steak dinner at the iconic Jack’s Steak House - Returned to Kokusai-dori for night stroll and had local Okinawan food at Makido Day 4 – Itoman & Departure - Checked out of the hotel - Visited Itoman Fish Market for brunch and souvenirs - Filled up the gas tank and returned the car - Toyota’s shuttle took us back to Naha Airport for the return flight to Bangkok 🏨 Accommodation – Hotel Aqua Citta Naha Centrally located with both hotel and nearby private parking.
