【Japan・Hyogo】Awaji Island・Gallery Cafe Near Izanagi Shrine
📍Hitukinagaku
Located right in front of Izanagi Shrine, a spiritual hotspot in the Sumoto area of Awaji Island, "Hitukinagaku" is a small gallery cafe surrounded by handcrafted works such as pottery, glass, and woodworking. It offers a serene and warm atmosphere.
The cafe serves baked puddings made with free-range eggs and milk from Awaji Island, available in three flavors: black, white, and gray. The "black" pudding, in particular, stands out with its rich yet smooth taste, infused with the aroma of brown sugar—so delicious you'll want more!
