Yiwu is surprisingly known for its Middle Eastern cuisine, thanks to its huge international trade scene. Next up was the famous Yiwu International Trade Market, specifically the District 1 East Expansion Area. If you’ve never been, imagine a shopping mall the size of a small town — endless rows of shops selling everything from accessories to electronics. It’s overwhelming, but fascinating. Passing by the Futian Wetland Park next to the Yiwu International Trade City, I decided to come for some oxygen. The park is large and peaceful, with a vast wetland coming into view as you cross the little bridges and streams. Even on workdays, there are residents jogging around the wetland, making it a superb place for running, unwinding, and walking cats and dogs. There's also an amusement park within, where many parents are seen playing with their children. The environment is really nice, full of greenery, with fresh air that makes one feel relaxed. Along the way, I also encountered several cute little squirrels, scampering about adorably.

Before going to Yiwu Trade City, I suggest everyone download the 📱Yiwu Purchase app first. It introduces what each district sells, and you can also search for shops directly on it. The floor plan location of each shop is also marked, making it the first choice for shopping in the trade city, very convenient! ⭕️ District 1: Toys/Jewelry/Decorative Crafts/Picture Frames Toys🚜 are on the first floor, and the second floor is where the 💍jewelry is. Actually, many jewelry stores do retail, just go ahead and ask. If they don't do retail, the owner will tell you directly. Many owners are very nice I was interested in a pair of earrings, asked the owner, and he said 💰2, no retail. He pointed to a cardboard box next to him and said that the earrings inside could be retailed. I drove from Hangzhou to Yiwu, a one-way trip of 1.5 hours (🚄 High-speed rail: 30 minutes from Hangzhou to Yiwu, one-way ticket 50R), and went straight to Yiwu International Trade City for a stroll.
