Saga Yobuko Specialty: Fresh Flower Branch Dishes
Huzi must eat raw flower branch cuisine, originally thought to eat Kawataro, but we arrived too early and not yet open, so we had to eat Huzi Wanfang instead!
Ordered the raw flower branch dish for two (2860yen)🐙 and two sashimi dishes (2500yen)🍣.
Let's talk about the raw flower branch cuisine 🐙, actually I knew the raw flower branch sashimi has no taste, but came to try it 🙂 Be sure to eat fresh! The palate will be more bouncy! Compared to the sashimi with raw flower branches, the squid tempura is very surprising! 😍 The restaurant will take all the leftovers to the tempura, no waste 👍🏻 The tempura is super thin and crispy, the cooked flower branches are more prominent, add a little pepper and salt super delicious, one bite at a time, good 😋😋😋
As for the sashimi set, it's just as cheap 🍣, the whole plate of sashimi is for one person! There are 7 kinds of sashimi in total 😱 Each one is fresh and plump 🤗 satisfying 🎀
Both sets come with bean curd soup, pickles and Kuko's famous squid siu-mai🍱
PS. Huzi Wanfang our shop has a seating area below sea level, you can dine while enjoying the fish swimming back and forth, unfortunately my place is not a self-drive tour, so the shop is not so convenient 😅
