The building's exotic exterior is quite impressive, and its location is a major advantage as it's right in front of Central Park, where you can enjoy activities like walking, taking a cruise, or having a picnic. The exhibition hall recently changed to a new display in early May, and today we visited the children's activity room. Although advance reservations are required, we were lucky to get in with an on-site reservation. The recommended age is 4 years and older, so some parts were a bit challenging for our 28-month-old baby, but it was adorable to see them enjoying it in their own way. Just a note, while there is parking available, it is not free.

This is a museum that displays the history of the spread of writing. There are exhibits related to writing from all over the world, but the exhibits related to Chinese characters and Hangeul were particularly detailed and interesting. There are explanatory texts in Korean and English posted next to the exhibits, and there are QR codes here and there in the museum that you can scan with your smartphone to hear and read explanations of each exhibit in various languages, not just Japanese. I was able to understand it more deeply, which increased my satisfaction!
